If your project just spins or shows a white screen, the most common culprit is browser cache. Clear it, reload the page, and try opening the project again. Works best in Chrome or Firefox — other browsers can behave unpredictably with the editor.
This usually happens when the project gets heavy: lots of sprites, sounds, or nested loops. Try closing unused browser tabs to free up memory. If the editor is consistently sluggish, reduce the number of clones your scripts generate — runaway clone loops are a classic performance killer.
Double-check that Caps Lock isn''t on and you''re using the right username, not your email. If you''ve forgotten your password, use the reset link on the login page — the reset email sometimes lands in spam, so check there first. If the account was created by a teacher, password resets go through them, not the main site.
After clicking Share, it can take a few minutes before the project appears publicly. If it''s still not showing up after 10–15 minutes:
- Make sure you actually hit the Share button and saw the confirmation
- Check that your account isn''t in a restricted state (new accounts sometimes have a short review delay)
- Try opening the project link in an incognito window to verify visibility
Supported formats are MP3, WAV, PNG, JPG, GIF, and SVG. Anything else will silently fail. Also keep file size reasonable — files over a few megabytes tend to stall the uploader. If the upload bar freezes, refresh and try again with a smaller file.
If your changes aren''t saving, check your internet connection first. The editor needs a stable connection to sync to the cloud. If you''re on a school network, the firewall may be blocking the save request. As a workaround, use File > Save to your computer to keep a local backup until the issue resolves.
